When you make a purchase by credit card or Paypal, your files for your paper model or models will be served to you on a page that will appear only when you have completed the transaction.

You will need to click the "Continue" button on the 2-checkout or Paypal pages once you have completed your order. The process should take no more than a few minutes.

If for any reason you forget to click "continue" , don't worry, we send you an email automatically with downlinks as well as instructions to get at your files.

If you do not receive your purchase within the hour, please contact us and we will arrange a manual transfer.

In the rare event that this happens, we will endeavour to have your kits with you within 48 hours.

CD Purchases:

When you purchase a CD, they are usually despatched within 48 hours by first class post or airmail.

Please allow 14 days for delivery.

Make sure you have enough ink!

Howto purchase:

use the menu at the top left of the page to access the catalogue.
select you category
click "add to cart" button for a kit you want
insert any discount code
accept any user agreement
click "add to cart" for any other kits you want
when you have all your kits, view cart
then check out and choose your method of payment
click next and pay via credit card or Paypal
receive onscreen confirmation or an email
download your kit
